I contacted Kevin Fischer confirming I wanted to rent the property. I contacted Carol H. and told her what I was doing but had concerns the property did exist.Carol told me she would check it out. she drove to Naples Fla. and sent me pictures of the property, ,every room. I feel she went out of her way to help me and did a terrific job.I rented the property in Heritage Bay for Jan and Feb.2016. Im sending a check to Kevin Fischer in the next two weeks for the rental as final payment
